BNM List of unauthorised companies and websites (updated)
Below is the up-to-date Financial Consumer Alert list issued by Bank Negara Malaysia. The list consists of companies and websites which are neither authorised nor approved under the relevant laws and regulations administered by BNM. This list is based on information and queries received by BNM and only serves as a guide to members of the public based. The list is not exhaustive and will be updated regularly following BNM’s Financial Consumer Alert update.
Among the types of activities undertaken by these companies are gold investment, foreign currency trading, carrying ou unlicensed investment etc. It is wise to stay away from these companies, else you will likely end up in trouble sooner or later.
